Unlocking the Geffrye - View of new additional entrance opposite Hoxton station

New entrance by Hoxton station (c) Wright & Wright Architects Ltd

We reopen in 2020 with new spaces and stories. Find out how you can be part of our story.

We still have nearly £1m to raise

With your help we can use our collections and programming to reveal and rethink the ways in which we live in order that we live better together. In this time of social divide and inequality this feels more important than ever.

The concept of home is constantly evolving and so are we. We aim to be a source for social good by highlighting critical issues in today's society, from homelessness to displacement.

Your support will allow us to create relevant temporary exhibitions and contemporary art installations. to run a vibrant programme of events, collaborations and research. All of which spark ideas and conversation around our ideas of home.
