The Geffrye welcomes volunteers to work at a wide range of events and activities at the Museum. Many Friends help as volunteers with:

  • children's holiday activities
  • manning the quiz desk which has over 60 quizzes for children aged 5-15
  • the busy summer family days and other events
  • basic administration for education events
  • the garden
  • acting as a guide in the restored almshouse
